ESR 6 – Moses Mariajoseph (RM3)

Assessing the effectiveness of immersive visual technologies in an industrial machine framework

The focus of this position is the definition of an attention model based on physiological parameters in an augmented automotive environment. It aims at: i) characterizing the quality and the quantity of information delivered to and perceived by the driver; ii) to measure the fatigue of the driver when using augmented reality; iii) to estimate the maximum task duration that guarantees a predefined overall Quality of Experience.

About the ESR:

Moses received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics (Sathyabama University, Chennai, India) and he pursued a first master in Mechatronics (VIT University, Vellore, India), and a second one in Computational Engineering (University of Rostock, Germany).

He has a work experience of almost 1.5 years in both robotics and aerospace companies with a research focus towards System Design and Controls.
