The ImmerSAFE partners Mälardalen University and CrossControl have announced their open positions within the network. ESR4: ‘Ultra-reliable communications of immersive visual data’, announced at the MDH web site.   ESR5: ‘Dependability in vision-centered systems’ announced at Euraxess and the MDH web site. A new Marie Sklodowska-Curie Innovation Training Network (MSA-ITN), titled ‘Immersive Visual Technologies for Safety Critical Applications (ImmerSAFE)’ is due to start on 01.01.2018. The aim of ImmerSAFE is to train multi-disciplinary experts, who have an understanding of the core imaging technologies, the requirements set to them by the safety-critical applications and who can account for the human user in the design of such systems.
